- Q: My keywords that grabbed from web pages contains some annoying characters, such as @, ?. How to remove them quickly?
- A: You may use the "Remove characters" feature of the Keyword Transformer to do this. Just paste your keywords into the Input Keyword List, uncheck all the "Transformations to Apply" options, add @ and ? to the "Remove characters" editor, then click the "Apply Transform" button.
- Q: I noticed sometimes the Keyword Transformer generated some unsightly words, such as "hell". I have to remove those phrases manually. How to avoid this problem?
- A: Please use the "Exclude Special Words" feature to exclude the output phrases that contain special words.
- Q: I need all the output keywords surrounded by [], i.e. the exact match mode of Google AdWords. How to do this?
- A: To do this, just check the "Exact match listed" option before apply transform.
- Q: How to backup, I means make a copy for my keywords database?
- A: You may click the "Save a Copy" tool button in Keyword Organizer to backup the current database.
- Q: The information in the site list is too long to view. I have to drag the scroll left and right every time. How to view the information conveniently?
- A: After analyzing, you may double click one of the sites in the list view to view it's details quickly.
- Q: How to modify some fields of the existing Ad?
- A: Please select the Ad you what to modify first, and then edit the fields you want to change in the Ad Text group box. Finally, click the Update button to save changes.

Registration, Upgrades and Miscellaneous Question:
- Q: I ordered Keyword Expert. But how to enter my code to register my Keyword Expert?
- A: Type in your name, and serial number exactly the way they appear in the letter you received. Use the same capitalization, punctuation and spacing as in the e-mail. You can use copy & paste to ensure the information gets entered correctly.
Name is case sensitive and must be entered exactly as it appears. - Q: When installing a free upgrade, do I need to uninstall the older one first?
- A: No. Simply run the installer, installing into the same directory as you previously installed in, and the upgrade will automatically install over the old version. It will also remember that you've purchased and keep your settings.
- Q: I lost my registration/activation code, how can I get it again?
- A: To retrieve the registration key, please send us an email with your email address you used at the time of purchase and your registration name.
